When is the best time to schedule my maternity session?

Most clients book their maternity photos between 28–34 weeks of pregnancy. This timeframe allows your bump to be beautifully round while ensuring you’re still comfortable for posing.

Where do maternity sessions take place?

I offer both studio sessions in Madison, MS as well as outdoor sessions in the surrounding areas. We’ll work together to choose the perfect location that fits your style, whether that’s a scenic park, an elegant studio look, or a cozy lifestyle session at home.

How long does a maternity session last?

Maternity sessions last about 30 minutes and include one outfit. Additional time can be added if you’d like more variety.

Do you provide outfits or should I bring my own?

I do not provide a client closet, so clients are responsible for bringing their own outfits. I’m happy to give suggestions on what photographs best to help you prepare.

Can my partner or children be included in the photos?

Absolutely! I encourage including your partner, children, or even pets in the session to make it even more meaningful. These sessions are about celebrating your growing family.

How far in advance should I book my maternity session?

It’s best to book at least 6–8 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to ensure availability. This also gives us time to plan your session details and wardrobe.
